Tip #916: Disappearing activities in Dynamics 365

So you log into Dynamics 365 and open a record, like an account, and the activity tab of the social pane is blank. If this happens to you, clear your browser cache, then re-launch your browser, log in, and try again.

If your activities are still missing in IE after clearing your browser history, try a deep cache cleaning, as recommended in tip 873.
