another gotcha is both O365 and D365 have to be on the same tenant or it won’t work..
Hate that requirement. Really problematic for large orgs where O365 global admins are locked away in some safe and Dyn365 are in another building/country and you have people coming in all the time. Tricky to handle.
It is annoying but if you’re a CRM admin go to System Settings > Email and uncheck Process emails only for approved users, then you can test and enable without the approval.
