Hi Derik. Thanks for the video. You mention in the end that the limit for SLA KPIs is 5 per entity. Is that a new restriction? I have added up to 10 new SLA KPIs on the case entity in the past. Mostly for testing purposes though. It definitely adds a few seconds when saving the record.
