    Hi and thank you for this excellent CRM channel,

    could you explain how to send a survey to multiple contacts? We use CRM Online 2016 and I’ve tried to create Survey Activities (nothing happens – so I’m not sure what is the purpose of Survey Activity). I’ve also tried to create email activity, that works, but I have to copy a snippet again and again. And then the workflow, I’ve tried to create a workflow for contact, which creates an email, but I’m not able to generate a new snippet and add it to the email.

      you can create a marketing list with multiple contacts and then create a quick campaign of type Email with the snippet in it (either using an Email template or just paste the snippet directly into the Email body) and send. This works pretty good.
