In this video we introduce to the new customizations options that are available for the new Interactive Service Hub as part of Dynamics CRM 2016. We will look at the new interactive Dashboards, entity forms, and entity dashboards.

      Hi Derik, this video is quite impressive and detailed…..question : what if I need to use a webresource on the interactive service hub, is there an alternate ?

        Hi Raj,

        Unfortunately as of the current release, Web resource and IFRAME’s are not supported and there are not really any alternatives available in ISH.

        As of the current release you are limited to sub-grids, quick view forms, interaction walls, and Knowledge Search.
