I’ve tried to setup new Kb function functionality. I created a Kb and translated it into 3 languages and published. So far so good!
But when in a case afterwards, I search to find the Kb relevent to the case, want to e-mail the Kb to the customer, but I cant find out where to switch language in the Kb version you want to send the customer.
1) Do you have any clue on how to decide/choose the language version of the Kb you want to send?
2) Can you use the new Kb’s in the old Case form (normal web interface – not the new hub)?
I really would appreciate some help 🙂
