The Spring 2015 update for CRM Online is coming soon, and last week Microsoft published an updated Release Preview Guide that includes all of the details about the spring release. Download it here.
There’s lots to love about this release, my favorite three are:
- New navigation
- Date only fields
- New tracking options (including smartphones).

That’s the first time I’ve heard of the date-only fields being added – couldn’t find any mention in the preview guide – is this a “for-sure”? I’m out-of-my-mind excited for this long-overdue data type. Any word on what they’ll do with the birthdate field?
