First introduced as a preview feature in 2019, the sales forecasting capability in Dynamics 365 is now generally available and enhanced in 2020 Wave 1.

  • Territory or organization forecast templates
  • Configurable forecast columns
  • Sales quotas
  • Support for manual values and over-riding calculated values

Sales forecasting is what sales goals should have been. In the first part of our video overview of sales forecasting, we set up sales forecasting, add a forecast, and show how you can customize it.
