A 2005 study led by Margo Lillie, a doctor of zoology at the University of British Columbia, concluded that tipping a cow would require an exertion of 2,910 newtons (654.2 lbf) of force,[4] and is therefore impossible to perform by a single person. Her calculations found that it would take at least two people to apply enough force to push over a cow if the cow does not react and reorient its footing. If the cow does react, it would take at least four people to push it over. We strongly believe the same can be said about CRM tipping.

Superb little icon you have going there – a “hat tip” and the Dynamics logo in one, and a nice little avatar for twitter etc. Great creative and artistic ideas, guys!

Hi – Do you guys ever answer any questions from us out here in the peanut gallery? I watched your VoC videos and they were all very helpful so thank you! Microsoft hasn’t published too much on it yet. I have moved one of my surveys to enable feedback. But no records are generating in the new entity. I see the survey responses. Do I need to turn something else on? or do I need to write a workflow? Any ideas or suggestions would be very appreciated.
Thank you,
Katie
Hi Katie,
when we know the answer off top of the head then we’ll of course post a reply. But keep in mind that this blog is not a forum and we do not actively monitor the comments or engage/encourage anyone else in participating.
Best bet is to publish the question in one of the existing community channels, e.g. forums or facebook, perhaps link back to our post/video, and ask broader community for help.
Trust me, you’ll get your issue resolved in no time 🙂
And back to your question – I believe you still need to map the fields, i.e. tell the system how to populate the feedback record (because your questions may or may not map as expected, e.g. feedback has “rating” while you might ask for “score”). Does it make sense?
Thanks
George
In your last podcast you mentioned a browser add-in that monitored your time usage throughout the day, but I didn’t write down the name? What was that tool called?
Hi Chris,
I use Limitless addon for Chrome, Joel uses something else, I believe.

Hi,
You all are doing a great job. I have seen your VoC Videos which are very informative and helpful. Nice work. Keep up the good work and keep sharing such things! Thanks.
Thank you Rahul!
Hi Crew,
Great site!
Would you kindly indicate what is your Comment Moderation Policy as I commented on a particular Tip#914 and it was not published to my surprise!
I ask, so that I can adhere to your moderation rules, as I did not feel there was anything in my comment that could be deemed “unsuitable”.
Thanks
Massoud,
the comment was not published because it includes a specific product promo, something we try to stay away from. I appreciate the product is relevant and is a great option but then we’d have to consider and talk about all other commercial options. If you are interested in promoting the product on our site, we have a sponsorship program in place. Just shoot an email to jar@crmtipoftheday.com

Thank you George for the clarification.
I am very much interested in Sponsorship.
Regarding the comment, the mentioned “product” is actually a non-Commercial Community Edition, which is FREE.
Would your readers not benefit from a FREE tool that has the needed functionality?
-Massoud
Thanks for clarification, Massoud. It’s good to see that you have multiple editions including non-Commercial Community Edition. Unfortunately, I was not able to figure that out because your landing page ends up with “Contact Us” button without mentioning any editions or community at all. Have I missed something?
I should have made it clearer in my original comment.
The Home page does have a blue button with the words “Community Ed. & Free POC” which takes one to this page: https://www.agilexrm.com/poc where it clearly describes the free edition.
Hope that helps!
